Delivery times
Product deliveries usually take place within 5 to 10 working days* from the order.
All orders received before 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day. All orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed and handled on the next working day.
Delivery times may be delayed in case of public holidays (e.g. 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends), strikes or other force majeure events, as well as for deliveries to hard-to-reach areas and/or restricted traffic zones (LTZ).
Delivery times also vary depending on the time required to process the order. Orders with the fastest delivery are those placed with immediate online payment (e.g. credit card).
For orders paid by bank transfer in advance, the shipping times will be calculated starting from the confirmation of payment.
The total time to receive the product therefore depends on the order processing time and the time required by the carrier to complete the delivery.
